Improvise in serving the kebabs in a different and unique manner to decorate your table at special occasions and gatherings.
½ kg Minced Meat, fine
1 Large Carrot, grated
1 Large Zucchini, grated
1 Tbsp Kofta Spices or (1 tsp Cumin and 1 Tbsp Dry Coriander)
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
1.In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients well; then shape the minced meat mixture into medium-sized balls.
2.In a pot over the heat, heat the oil for a bit, then fry the kebab balls; afterwards, cover the pot and let it simmer until the balls are cooked. Set them aside to cool for a bit.
3.Instill wooden sticks in the meat balls to form a shape like a (lollipop); serve beside yoghurt or Goody Ketchup.
You can serve it beside rice or Goody’s pasta.
