“Bread Pudding” is a rich, delicious, easy and fun to make snack
4 tbsps of Velor Powder Milk dissolved in 1 ½ cup of Lukewarm Water
1 ½ cup of Whipping Cream
1 Velor Canned Cream Plain
¾ cup of Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp Goody White Vinegar
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/3 cup of Butter, thawed
4 cups of Samoli Bread, cut into medium cubes
½ cup of Mixed Nuts (Raisins, Almonds and Crushed Nuts)
- Heat the oven at a temperature of 350oC or 180o
- Place the milk, whipping cream, cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, vinegar, salt, cinnamon and butter in a deep bowl; mix well with a manual mixer until the ingredients are incorporated. Add the bread and the nuts and stir well.
- Pour the mixture in the baking sheet and place it in a water bath in the oven for an hour or until it turns golden.
