A healthy, tasty and easy to make recipe; serve it to your family for breakfast
1 Multi-Purpose Dough
4 tbsp of Goody Red Pasta Sauce-Napoletana
½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup of Cheddar Cheese
1 tbsp of Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn
2 tbsp of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
2 tbsp of Goody Sliced Green Olives
2 whole Eggs
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
½ cup of Watercress
- Heat the oven at a high temperature.
- Roll out a parchment paper over an oven baking sheet and place the pizza dough over it. Place the Napoletana sauce over the dough, adding the mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and the rest of the ingredients except the eggs. Break an egg on top of the pizza, and add the salt and black pepper.
- Bake the pizza in the oven until both the pizza and the eggs are cooked. Afterwards, take the pizza out of the oven and let it cool for a bit, then garnish with watercress leaves according to taste.
