Ingredients

1 pack of Goody Bucatini Hollow
4 spoons of Olive Oil
½ Jack Cheese
½ Mozzarella Cheese
½ cup of Parmesan Cheese
Marinara Sauce:
¼ cup of Olive Oil
2 tsps Garlic, Mashed
1 can of Tomato Paste
2 cans of Goody Chopped Tomatoes
2 Tbsps Basil Leaves, chopped
1 tsp of (Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, and Dried Oregano)
Meat:
1 ½ kg Beef, minced
½ cup of Onions, finely minced
1 Tbsp Parsley, finely minced
1 tsp Garlic, chopped
2 whole eggs
1 tsp Salt
1 spoon of Black Pepper
½ cup of Rumi Cheese, grated
1 cup of Breadcrumbs
½ cup of Sparkling Water; or Plain Water if not possible

Method

1.To Prepare the Marinara Sauce:In a large pot over medium heat, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic for a minute, then add the tomato paste and chopped tomatoes and leave them until the mixture boils, then add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes or until the sauce becomes thick, and then take it off the heat.
2.To Prepare the Meat:In a deep bowl, mix together the minced meat, onions, parsley, garlic, eggs, salt, black pepper, and rumi cheese; mix well, then add the breadcrumbs and stir them together.Gradually add the water to the mixture, and leave it until the meat becomes soft and firm at the same time. Shape the meat into medium balls the size of an apricot. In this recipe, use 1 kilogram of meat, and keep half a kilo in the refrigerator to be used later on.
3.To Prepare the Pasta Casserole:Heat the oven at 180oC.
4.In an oven iron skillet, put the olive oil and fry the meat balls until they are browned, then add 2 cups of the Marinara sauce, and let it simmer for 20-30 minutes.
5.Boil the Bucatini pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta, then wash it with cold water and set it aside. When the boiling is completed, set aside ½ cup of the water used for the boiling.
6.Take the meatballs out of the sauce, and set it aside, then add the pasta to the sauce and ½ cup of the pasta boiling water, and mix them well. Add the meatballs over the pasta, and then put all types of cheese. Put the skillet in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until the cheese melts.
