It’s a tasty salad that will gain the admiration of all those present in the party.
1 dish of chicken breasts, sliced
1 head of red cabbage, sliced lengthwise
1 head of American lettuce, sliced lengthwise
1 cup of Goody red kidney beans
1 carrot, finely sliced
1 cucumber, chopped into rounds
1 cup of Goody sweet corn
3 rounds of taco bread
½ cup of cheddar cheese, grated
Goody ranch dressing
Buffalo hot sauce to taste
Oil for frying
- Put oil in a pan over the heat then fry the chicken breasts until they are browned; set aside.
- In a bowl, put the cabbage, lettuce, beans, carrot and cucumber, stir well then divide them among small glasses.
- Roast the taco bread rounds in the oven for 5 minutes, break the bread and distribute them over the vegetables in the glasses.
- Add the chicken pieces and a pinch of cheddar cheese, ranch dressing and buffalo sauce, serve immediately.
You can substitute the fried chicken with grilled one.
