For the Burger:
450gm minced beef
¼ medium yellow onion, finely diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
For the toppings:
4 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded red cheddar cheese
¼ cup Goody canned corn, drained
1 medium tomato, sliced
½ avocado, sliced
2 tbsp Goody Burger Sauce
1.For the burger, in a mixing bowl, mix ingredients until well combined. Form two burger patties and try to get them wide so they fit on the tortillas.
2.Preheat skillet over medium heat and add a little bit of vegetable oil.
3.Cook on both sides until burgers reach desired temperature. Take out the patties and set aside.
4.Drain burger juice out of the pan and add four flour tortillas. Divide cheese among all four tortillas, evenly. Cook over medium-high heat until tortillas are crispy and cheese is melted. Take off heat.
5.Add corn to two of the tortilla bottoms. Take bottom tortillas and place them on the serving dishes. Place burgers on top and then top off with tomato slices and avocado slices. Drizzle burger sauce on top. Top off with the remaining tortillas. Serve.
