1 pack of Goody Matazeez

2 Tbsps Vegetable Oil

2 medium Onions, finely minced

½ kg Lamb Meat, cut into medium pieces

2 Tbsps Tomato Sauce

1 cup of Goody Peeled Chopped Tomatoes  

4 cups of Water

2 sticks of Cinnamon, small

1 Goody Chicken Stock Cube

2 Dried Black Lime

5 Garlic Cloves, mashed

Salt and meat spices to taste

3 small Carrots, quartered lengthwise

3 small Zucchinis, quartered lengthwise

2 Chili Peppers, minced

Juice of 1 Lemon


  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil, then add the onions and leave them until they brown. Afterwards, add the meat and continue to stir for 10 minutes until the water dries out, then add the tomatoes and the sauce; stir well and then leave the mixture over the heat for 15 minutes. Add the water, cinnamon sticks, chicken stock, black limes, garlic, salt and pepper; leave the mixture over the heat for 30 minutes or until the meat is completely cooked. Add the Matazeez to the mixture while boiling and leave it a bit, and then add the carrots, zucchinis, chili peppers, lemon juice and leave it over the heat for 15 minutes or until the Matazeez is cooked; place in the serving dish and serve hot.
