2 packs of Goody Pasta

½ kg of Chicken, boneless and cut into small pieces

1 Tbsp Extra Oil

¼ cup of Vegetable Oil

1 Onion, minced

1 tsp Ginger, ground

2 tsps Fresh Ginger

1 tsp Garlic, ground

3 Green Chili Peppers

1 tsp Salt

1 large Tomato

2 tsps Garlic, minced

1 tsp Byriani Spices

1 tsp Turmeric

½ tsp Black Pepper

2 small cans of Yogurt

½ Tbsp Starch

¼ cup of Coriander



  1. Season the chicken with half the amount of spices. Place the oil in the pan over the heat and then add the chicken pieces; stir until they turn golden and then set it aside.
  2. In the same pan, place ¼ cup of oil and add the onions, ginger, garlic and pepper. Stir the mixture over the heat until it turns golden and then add the salt and the tomato. Stir the mixture, then add the chicken and the remaining amount of spices; stir for a couple of minutes.
  3. In another bowl, mix the yogurt and starch together; add them to the chicken mixture and then leave them over the heat from 10 to 15 minutes. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions mentioned on the pack. Place the pasta on the serving dish, and top it with the chicken mixture. Garnish with coriander and then serve.
