Cajun Chicken and Pasta

300 g Goody Elbow pasta
500 g boneless chicken, sliced
2 tbsps Cajun seasoning
2 tbsps olive oil
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
200 ml cream
40 g parmesan cheese
3 tbsps cream cheese
½ tsp paprika
2 spring onions, minced
Salt and Pepper to taste


1.Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain, toss in 1 tbsp olive oil and set aside
2.In a bowl marinate the chicken in Cajun seasoning, and season with sea salt and pepper.
3.In a skillet heat olive oil and sauté the chicken until cooked through. Set aside.
4.In the same skillet add more oil to the skillet if needed. Add the vegetables and garlic and sauté for a minute. Add the cream, parmesan cheese and cream cheese. Bring to a boil and then reduce to simmer. Add the paprika and extra Cajun seasoning if needed. Check the seasoning and garnish with spring onions. And serve
