Ingredients

In this recipe you can choose to use one of the following:
Toasted toast (white of whole wheat) cut into 3x3 cm squares
Salty crackers
Baguette

For the fillings:
Tuna:
1 can Goody Tenderina Soft Fancy Tuna, drained
1 tsp cheese spread
1 tbsp Goody Mayonnaise
Goody Hot Sauce
Lettuce and cucumbers
Pickled gherkins
Salt and pepper

Hommus:
1 can goody hommus, drained
1 garlic clove
4 tbsps oil
2 tsp Goody vinegar
2 tbsp water
1 can Goody Sliced Beets, drained
Cucumbers
Salt and pepper
Salmon and cheese:
Smoked salmon
100 grams cheese spread
½ lemon, juiced
Lemon zest
Goody Sliced Green Olives
Chicken:
Chicken breasts
Goody Thousand Island Dressing, for spreading on bread
Cheddar cheese, grated
Tomatoes and lettuce

Labneh:
Labneh
Pomegranate
Cucumbers
Goody Sliced Green Olives
Goody Mayonnaise, for the bread
Shrimp
Boiled shrimps
Lettuce
Green pepper
Goody Sliced Green Olives
Goody Thousand Islands salad dressing, for the bread

Cheese:
Yellow cheese, diced
Cherry tomatoes
Goody Mayonnaise, for the bread
Lettuce

Method

1.For tuna,Mix the tuna, mayonnaise, cheese spread, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Place on bread and serve with lettuce, cucumbers and gherkins. 
2.For Hommus:In a blender, mix the hommus, garlic, water, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve on bread with a piece of beet and cucumber. 
3.For Salmon and cheese:Mix cheese, lemon juice and lemon zest. Spread on bread. Top with a slice of smoked salmon and an olive. 
4.For Chicken:Season chicken with olive oil, salt and pepper. Chill In refrigerator for ½ hour. Cook chicken until done. Cut into small pieces.Spread the thousand island dressing on the bread.  Top with cheese, tomato, lettuce and chicken. 
5.For Labneh: Spread mayonnaise on bread. Next, place cucumbers and labneh. Top with pomegranate and olives. Serve. 
6.For Shrimp:Spread the thousand island dressing on the bread. Add the lettuce, shrimps. Add some more thousand island dressing, top with green pepper and serve.
7.For  Cheese: Spread mayonnaise on bread. Add the lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and serve.
