Amaze your guests and present mini caramel tarts it's a treat adorned with some pieces of pecan nuts!
For the dough:
200 g of butter
3/1 a cup of powder sugar
2 cups of flour
1 tsp of vanilla
For the filling:
1 can Velor sweetened condensed milk
1. In a pan, put the can of condensed milk and submerge it fully in hot water. Let it to boil for half an hour.
2. Use the electric mixer to mix all ingredients of the dough except flour until finely mixed. Then, add flour until you have a cohesive dough.
3. Wrap dough with nylon and put it into the fridge to rest for 30 minutes. Spread the dough over a surface sprinkled with flour, and use a slicer suitable for the size of the mould to cut dough into circles. Then, place the dough circles into the tart mould. Spread the dough inside the mold from all sides, then punch with a fork. Put the mold into the oven over medium heat at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, then take it out.
4. Carefully open the can of condensed milk after half an hour, pour some into the tart moulds and press the pecan nuts over.
