200gm tea biscuits
80gm unsalted butter, melted
400gm cream cheese
1 can Velor Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tablespoon powdered gelatin
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can Goody Pop Corn
1 ½ cups Caramel Sauce


1.In the kitchen machine, blend the tea biscuits until powdered; add the melted butter and mix. Brush a 23cm cheese cake tin with butter, lay the biscuit mix and press until its single layer. Put in the fridge for 1 hour
2.In the kitchen machine, mix the cream cheese, condensed milk, gelatin powder, and vanilla extract until well combined
3.Add the cheese mix on top of the biscuit mix pressing and smoothing the top with a rubber spatula. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours
4.Meanwhile, in a mixing bowl, add the popcorn and top with caramel sauce. Mix gently until popcorn is well coated with the caramel
5.Top the cheesecake with the caramel coated popcorn and drizzle the remaining caramel and top and serve.
