2 Tbsps of Oil
2 equal pieces of Ready-Made Burek Dough
8 pieces of Grilled Beef Burger; cut into squares
1 cup of Cheddar Cheese, grated
½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
3 Tbsps of Goody Burger Sauce
Goody Ketchup, to taste
Goody Mustard, to taste
1 Egg, whisked
Sesame and Black Cumin for garnish 


1.    Heat the oven at 180oC.

2.    Coat the sheet with oil, and then spread the first dough layer.

3.    In a deep bowl, put the burger pieces and the cheese; then add the salt, black pepper, burger sauce, ketchup, and mustard; and mix them well until they are incorporated.

4.    Place the burger filling over the dough, spread it and then cover it with another dough layer.

5.    Coat the dough’s top with the egg; then sprinkle the sesame and black cumin, and place the sheet in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until dough is browned.
