2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped 
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup Goody peas
5 potatoes, boiled and mashed 
4 tbsp butter 
1 cup water 
3 tbsp Velor powder milk 
4 tbsp chives, chopped 
½ cup cheddar cheese, grated


1.In a pan, heat oil. Sauté onion for 5 minutes or till golden. Take off heat.  Add peas, stir. Set aside.In a bowl, dissolve milk in water. Add mashed potatoes, use masher to combine. Add half amount of cheese and chives, mash. Add onion and peas mixture, seasoning and butter, mix gently to avoid mashing the peas. In a pie dish, pour mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 
2.Bake in moderate oven for 20- 25 minutes or till golden.
