Ingredients

500g gournd beef
1 can Goody Pasta shells 
1 cup Montery Jack cheese
1 can Goody sieved tomatoes
1 cup of chidder cheese
3 spring onions
1 tomato
1 cup of onion
sour cream

Method

1.Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
