Olives take hummus to a further extent. A mystery no one will solve.
2 can Goody chick peas
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp tahini
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tbsp Goody natural vinegar
1 cup Goody sliced green olives
Chopped parsley for garnishing
1. In a food processor, blend olives till smooth. Set aside.
2. In a pan, cook chick peas for 10 minutes. Reserve few for garnishing. Blend the rest in food processor till smooth. Add blended olives and remaining ingredients, blend. Put in serving plate, garnish with chick peas and parsley.
