350 g chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
1 brown onion, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
¾ cup GOODY Small Conchiglioni Pasta
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 Goody chicken cubes dissolved in 3 cups hot water
Salt and pepper, to taste
1.In a sauce pan, heat the olive oil with onion and sauté for few minutes.Add the chicken breasts and pasta .Stir for 5 minutes before adding the chicken stock.Cover and let cook on medium heat until pasta is done.
2.Beat the eggs in a bowl with lemon juice.Add a cup of soup to the eggs mixture and stir to make it warm.
3.Pour the egg mixture in the soup and stir. Let it cook for 10 minutes until thick.
Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
