1 Small chicken, cooked and shredded
4 Eggplants
4 Potatoes 
4 Carrots 
4 Zucchini
1 can Goody chickpeas, drained
1 Onions, chopped
4 tbs olive oil
Salt, Spices (Black Pepper - Cumin – Cinnamon)
Yogurt Mix:
2 cups Yogurt
2 Garlic cloves
1 tsp Sesame paste
1 tsp Goody Mayonnaise
Lemon juice
Salt, black pepper
Break cubes, toasted
Parsley, chopped


1.Wash the vegetables, peel potatoes and carrots, and gently scrape eggplants and zucchini then cut it into cubes.
2.In a pan heat oil and add each vegetable separately till it’s sautéed and remove before adding the other vegetables, remove it from heat, dry it from the oil.
3.In medium bowl add all vegetables and chickpeas mix well and set aside until use.
4.In a pan on medium heat, heat the onions in a little oil till it’s golden. Then add the chicken pieces, stir well for 2 minutes, add the salt and spices and mix well till ingredients are infused. Remove from heat till use.
5.In a medium bowl add the ingredients of the Yogurt mix, and mix well till all ingredients are smooth, set aside until use.
6.In a serving dish, crate your layers starting with vegetables first then add chicken pieces and drizzle the Yogurt mix, garnish with parsley and toasted bread.
