1 pack Goody Ditalini Rigati
4 chicken breasts (cut into 1 cm cubes)
5 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 cup whipping cream
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp olive oil
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp dry oregano
1 Goody chicken cube dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water
1 cup grated cheese mix (Mozzarella, Kashkavane, yellow Cheddar)
Salt and pepper to taste


1.Mix chicken breast cubes with pepper and garlic, cover, and marinate for 2 hours.
2.Cook pasta as instructed
3.Put casserole on high heat. Add butter and olive oil, cook chicken for about 5 minutes or until brown, then remove chicken from casserole.
4.Add onions to the same casserole and cook until succulent. Add tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes over high heat while stirring until tomatoes are soft. Add stock, and scrape the bottom of the casserole to extract flavor. 
5.Add oregano. - Put back the chicken into the casserole and cook until chicken is done. Add cream and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until liquid is a little reduced. Mix in the pasta.
6.Pour mixture into a baking dish or Pyrex. Top off with grated cheese and put back in oven at 170 for 15 minutes or until cheese gets a nice golden color.
7.Remove from oven, let rest for 10 minutes, portion, and serve.
