200gm Chicken Breast, small diced
2 tbsp Goody mustard
2 tsp all spice
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 tbsps garlic minced
4 tbsps onion juice
2 tbsps lemon juice
2 tbsps yogurt
1 Pack Samosa pastry sheets
1 tbsps flour mixed in 3 tablespoons of water
Oil for frying
For the Mayo Dip:
5 tbsps Goody Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 tbsps parsley, minced
¼ tsp salt


  1. Start with marinating the chicken, in a bowl, add the chicken with the mustard, all spice, salt, pepper, garlic, onion juice, lemon juice and yogurt. Mix them well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 hour
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the mayo dip: in a small mixing bowl, add the mayonnaise, garlic, parsley and salt. Mix them and set aside for flavors to infuse till serving time.
  3. In a pan, on high heat, add 2 tablespoons of oil after the pan is heated; add the chicken mix and cook for 10 minutes. Set a side to cool
  4. Lay Sambosa sheet on a work surface, place one tablespoon of the mixture in one corner, roll the pastry around the mixture and keep folding until a perfectly sealed triangle is obtained. Use the flour mixed with water to seal the end of the sheet. Repeat with the remaining mixture and sheets. 
  5. In a frying pan, heat the oil and start frying the Samosa triangles until golden brown. Serve with the Mayo Dip.
