Chicken Sandwiche with Lemon Ranch Sauce

3 Chicken Breasts, boneless (250g)
Juice of 2 whole lemons, large
A Dash of Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
3 loaves of French Bread
3 Cheese Slices (of your choice)
6 Watercress Leaves
3 Tbsps Light Mayonnaise
3 Tbsps Goody Ranch Dressing
1 Tbsp Liquid Cheese
- Thin down the chicken breasts using a special hammer and then cut them into wide slices. Season with lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder, then leave them aside for a couple of hours. Roast them using an electric grill or a griddle over the fire; stir for 14 minutes or until the breasts are cooked and have turned golden.
- Mix the sauce ingredients and grease the bread with the mixture; then add a slice of cheese and a little watercress and chicken, and serve hot.
An Idea for Serving:
Serve with fried potatoes or salad.
