1 garlic clove
3 tbsps of Warshester sauce
2 tbsps of white vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 chicken fillets
1 tbsp butter
The sauce:
3 small onions, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, finely minced
1 tbsp butter
1 cube of Goody chicken bouillon
Can of Goody mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp steak spices
1 tbsp Warshester sauce
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
¼  cup whipping cream
A little basil, dried


1.    Using a Kenwood food processor, mince the garlic with the Warshester sauce, vinegar, salt and black pepper, set aside.
2.    Cut the chicken from the center, pound it then put it in a bowl, stir in the Warshester sauce with garlic and vinegar mixture, and distribute it well over the chicken, leave in the marinade for 6 hours.
3.    Over high heat, put a spoon of butter in a pan then add the chicken, stirring constantly until it is cooked.
4.    In another pan, make the sauce by putting the garlic and onions on the heat with the butter, add the chicken bouillon cube, mushrooms, steak spices, Warshester sauce, paprika and turmeric, stir slightly then add the cream to the pan, toss until the mixture thickens then add a little dried basil.Place the chicken on a serving dish, pour the sauce over it. Serve with white rice.
