Vegetable oil, for frying
800gm boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups panko bread crumbs
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
Goody Ranch Dressing for serving
1.Cut the chicken breasts into long strips and set aside.
2.Beat the 3 eggs in a separate bowl. Place the flour into another separate dish.
3.Place the panko a shallow bowl and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
4.Dip the chicken strips into the flour, then the beaten egg and then cover them with the seasoned panko.
5.Fry in the hot oil for 6 to 8 minutes, until golden brown, and remove to a paper towel lined sheet tray. Serve with Ranch Dressing.
