18 ready-made tart molds
2 cups of Goody chickpeas, strained
¾ cup of tahini
2 garlic cloves, minced and salted
½ cup of lemon juice
½ tsp salt
18 Goody chickpeas
A little sumac
1. Prepare the tart according to the method recommended in the package then set it aside.
2. Put the chickpeas in a Kenwood hand blender, grind until they become soft then stir in the garlic, lemon, tahini and salt, mix them until the mixture is incorporated and becomes soft and thick.Pour the mixture in the ready-made tart molds and garnish with chickpea granules then serve.
