The cake:
175g self raising flour 
175g brown sugar
175g unsalted butter
3 whisked eggs
1 tsp cacao powder 
1 tsp baking powder 
1 chilli pepper chopped (mild)
½ tsp red chilli flakes
250g dark choclate
250g cream cheese
1 can Vilor cream
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 chilli pepper finly chopped
½ tsp chilli powder 
½ tsp red chilli flakes


1.Sift the flour, cacao powder and baking powder in a mixing bowl.
2.Add sugar, butter, eggs and chilli pepper whisk till it becomes soft batter. Add drops of water if you felt the mis is hard. 
3.Devide the mix in two 7” pans and bake on 170 dgrees till the clean comes clea. Let it cool for one hour. 
4.For the frosting melt the choclate on medium heat.
5.Add chilli pepper, butter, cream cheese and the cream. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it chill for one hour in the fridge or till thinkeness and you can spread it. 
6.Spread the frost between the two cakes and on top. Garnish with pistachio and red chilli. Enjoy.
