Chinese Rice

There is no Chinese table without the delicious rice dish; here is a recipe, my lady, which will complete your Chinese table.

Ingredients

Meat:
2 tbsps of Goody white vinegar
1 tbsp of Goody apple cider vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsps soy sauce
½  tsp garlic, mashed
4 tbsps corn starch
4 tbsps vegetable oil
2 egg whites
½  kilo of ground and fine beef slices, chopped into squares
Oil for frying
Vegetables:
5 tbsps sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced
3 slices of fresh ginger
1 large onion, chopped lengthwise
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
2 tbsps sweet soy sauce
5 tbsps soy sauce
¼  cup of oyster sauce
Salt and white pepper to taste
½  tsp mixed Chinese spices
1 cube of Goody chicken bouillon
Rice:
2 cups of basmati rice, soaked and boiled in water, oil and salt
½  cup of green onion, minced
 

Method

1.    In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for marinating the meat by putting together white vinegar, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, soy sauce, garlic, starch, vegetable oil and 2 egg whites, stir until they are mixed.
2.    Soak the beef meat in the marinade for at least 30 minutes then boil it in ample oil until it is done, strain from the oil and set aside.
3.    In a deep sheet, put the sesame oil, the slices of garlic, ginger, onions and the red, yellow and green bell peppers slices, stir together for 2 minutes, add the sweet soybean sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, pepper, Chinese spices and Goody’s chicken bouillon cube.Finally, add the fried beef meat then the boiled rice and the minced green onions to the sheet, stir slightly.Pour them in the serving dish and Bon Appetit.
