Chocolate Ball Ingredients:
2 cups of Plain medium-flavored Chocolate Granules, melt in the microwave
A Round Chocolate Mold; you can obtain it from stores devoted to selling household utensils.
Ice-Cream Ingredients:
1 Velor Canned Cream Plain
1 can of Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
4 cups of Whipping Cream
100g Liquid Cream Cheese
Hot Chocolate Sauce Ingredients:
5 Tbsps Plain medium-flavored Chocolate Granules
1 can of Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
½ cup of Velor Powder Milk


1.    the Chocolate Ball, Grease the mold from the inside with chocolate using a brush to form a thin layer and then place it in the freezer for 15 minutes.Slowly try to remove the chocolate from the mold, while maintaining the semi-circular shape of the chocolate without breaking it.
2.    the Ice-Cream, Mix the ice-cream ingredients in the electric stand mixer at medium speed for 12 minutes, in order to obtain a thick mixture. Place the mixture in the freezer for an hour or more until it freezes.
3.    the Hot Chocolate Sauce, Place the chocolate in a pot over low heat; continue to stir for 4 minutes until it melts. Add the condensed and the powder milk; continue to stir until the mixture boils.
4.    When Serving:Place two spoons of the previously prepared ice-cream in the serving dish in the form of a ball. Afterwards, cover the ice-cream with the chocolate hemisphere so that you can’t see the ice-cream. Pour the hot sauce over the chocolate ball so that the chocolate will melt over the ice-cream.
