A great and easy to make recipe that your kids will love; garnish with whipping cream or chocolate hazelnut cream.
1 ½ tbsp of Velor Powder Milk dissolved in ½ cup of Water
½ cup of Sunflower Oil
½ cup of Sugar
3 whole Eggs
A dash of Salt
1 cup of Flour
2 tbsps of Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Powder

Goody Chocolate Hazelnut Cream
1. Heat the oven at a medium temperature.
2. First, mix together the milk, oil, sugar, eggs, and salt, then add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture in cupcake molds and bake for 10 minutes then let them cool; afterwards, garnish with top whipping cream or chocolate hazelnut cream.
• The cupcakes can be garnished with chocolate powder or with chocolate or fruit pieces.
