For biscuit layer:
2 cups ground biscuits
70 g Butter
1 tsp brown sugar
For cheese: 
600g cream Cheese 
1 can Velor cream
1 cup Goody spread hazelnut cream chocolate
1\3 cup cream
150g Chocolate Chip chocolate 
1 tbsp Gelatine 
1 tbsp water
Chocolate layer for garnishing: 
½  cup Velor canned cream
200g Chocolate chip
1 cup grated chocolate for garnishing 


1.    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2.    Mix biscuit ingredients well, press into cheesecake pan then bake for 10 min and remove for additional 10 min to cool
3.    Melt chocolate chip in water bath, then add cream and mix until thoroughly combined, let to cool for 10 min
4.    Mix cream cheese, cream and chocolate until ingredients combined, then add the previous chocolate mixture over and continue mixing 
5.    Melt a tablespoon of gelatine in a tablespoon of water, add cheesecake mixture, then mix until homogenous 
6.    Pour mixture over biscuit layer, refrigerate and chill for a whole day
7.    when thickened, begin to prepare topping layer, melt chocolate in water bath, add cream and stir until combined then pour over cheesecake and serve.
