1 cup Goody Crunchy Peanut Butter
¼ cup margarine butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Graham Crackers Crumbs
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp vegetable shortening
54 mini-muffin paper cups
1.In a large electric mixer bowl, beat peanut butter, margarine and sugar on medium speed until thoroughly combined. Add crackers crumbs, mixing thoroughly.
2.Using rounded teaspoon, portion mixture and shape into balls. Place each ball in paper cup. Refrigerate.
3.In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and shortening stirring constantly.
4.Spoon 1 teaspoon melted chocolate over each peanut butter ball. Refrigerate until firm. Serve
