Ingredients

Chocolate Crust :
24 whole chocolate cookies
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
For 1st layer :
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
¼ cup Velor Sweetened Condensed Milk
½ cup hazelnut, chopped and toasted
For 2nd layer :
Crème Anglaise:
250 g  Velor powder milk dissolved
4 egg yolks
40 g granulated sugar
Drop of vanilla extract
100 g semi sweet chocolate, melted
100 g chocolate hazelnut spread
For 3rd layer :
Crème Anglaise:
250 g Velor powder milk dissolved 
4 egg yolks
40 g granulated sugar
Drop of vanilla extract
100 g milk chocolate, melted
100 g chocolate hazelnut spread
1 cup Goody vanilla top whip (whip two envelops as directed in package, use one cup here and the rest for decoration)
For decoration :
The remaining of whipped goody vanilla top whip from the 3rd layer.

Method

1.    Crust: Finely crush the chocolate cookies; mix with butter. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
2.    1st layer: Mix melted chocolate and condensed milk; pour on the crust. Sprinkle with nuts.
3.    2nd layer: Crème Anglaise:Set a large fine strainer over a medium bowl and set the bowl in a shallow pan of cold water. 
4.    In a large saucepan, heat the milk (moderate heat) just until small bubbles appear around the rim, about 5 minutes.
5.    In another medium bowl, whisk the sugar and egg yolks just until combined. Whisk in half of the hot milk in a thin stream. Pour the mixture into the saucepan and cook )for 4- 5 minutes) over moderate heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until the sauce has thickened slightly. Immediately strain the sauce into the bowl in the cold water bath to stop the cooking and add the vanilla extract.Stir melted chocolate and chocolate hazelnut spread into crème anglaise then spread over the first layer; let it chill while you make the third layer.
6.    3rd layer:Same steps as the 2nd layer but with milk chocolate instead of semi sweet and stir 1 cup of whipped goody vanilla top whip. Spread over the second layer.
7.    Decorate: spread the remaining top whip on top of the third layer and decorate with chocolate shaves.
8.    Chill overnight, serve and enjoy!
