Ingredients

Cake:
2 Eggs
1 cup of Sugar
5 spoons of Velor Powder Milk, dissolved in 1 ½ cup of Water
½ cup of Butter, thawed
2 tsps Vanilla
¾ cup of White Flour, sifted
¼ tsp Salt
Apple Filling:
3 Green Apples, peeled and cut into medium cubes
4 Tbsps Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp White Flour
Upper Layer:
¼ cup of Butter, thawed
2 tsps Cinnamon, ground
4 spoons of Brown Sugar

Method

To Prepare the Cake:
1.Heat the oven at 180oC. 
2.Using an electric mixer, whisk the eggs with the sugar for a couple of minutes, then add the milk, thawed butter, and vanilla and whisk them together for a minute. Afterwards, add the flour and salt, while continuing to whisk for another 5 minutes. Pour the cake mixture in the cheesecake mold, in order to take it out easily later on, and set it aside.
To Prepare the Apple Filling:
3.In a pot over medium heat, place all the apple filling ingredients; stir well and then leave it for 3 minutes to be mixed. Pour the apple filling in the cheesecake sheet over the cake layer, and set it aside.
4.In a side bowl, mix the ingredients of the upper layer, and then spread them over the apple filling. Place the sheet in the oven for an hour and 45 minutes.

Idea:
Serve hot with coffee.
