Several and innovative methods to prepare chick peas, with black beans, sweet potatoes, ground beef, avocado and many others
2 cans of Goody Chick Peas
4 Tbsps Tahini
Juice of a Whole Lemon
1 Tbsp of Water
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Salt to taste
1.Mix the chick peas after draining it in the electric blender until it becomes like a tender dough.
Place the tahini in a bowl, and add lemon juice, water, minced garlic and salt. Stir the mixture well until it becomes like a liquid white sauce, then add it to the chick peas. Place the mixture in the serving bowl and sprinkle with olive oil.
Put a can of black beans with 4 whole jalapenos, the classic chick pea mix and a dash of salt and black pepper in the blender, and mix together.
Grill 1 large sweet potato in the oven, peel it and place in the blender with the classic chick pea mix, a dash of paprika and red pepper powder, and mix together.
Cook a little ground beef over medium heat and then add a dash of cinnamon, salt and black pepper. Afterwards, add the classic chick pea mix to the serving bowl; top it with ground beef and garnish with a little roasted pine nuts.
Put a cup of green coriander with 1 whole avocado, the classic chick pea mix, a dash of salt and pepper and a little lemon in the blender, and mix together.
Fry two whole onions cut into slices and add a dash of salt. When the onion slices become tender, add a teaspoon of brown sugar, a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar, cook the onions over the heat until they caramelize. Afterwards, add the onion mix to the classic chick pea mix, and mix together in the blender.
Grill two whole red bell peppers; mash and add them to the classic chick pea mix with a dash of salt and black pepper.
Put half a can of drained beets with the classic chick pea mix in the blender, and mix together.
