2 cups crushed tea biscuits
100 g melted butter
1 tablespoon Velor cream
For the Mix:
600 g cream cheese
1 pack of sour cream
1 pack of Velor Cream
2 tablespoons starch
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soft cinnamon
For the topping:
400g Goody Date spread
For Decoration:
Strawberry slices
Ground Pistachios 


1. Pre-heat the oven at 300 ° F.
2. In a deep bowl, mix the butter and Velor cream with the ground biscuits, and then place them as the base of the cheesecake pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
3. In a deep bowl, whisk the cream cheese, then slowly add the cream and sour cream. 
4. As you continue to whisk, add the starch, sugar, cinnamon, eggs, vanilla until the ingredients are mixed well. 
5. Add the cheese mixture to the biscuit layer.
4. Bake in a hot oven for 45 minutes. Leave it to cool down, then add the Date Spread, strawberry pieces and pistachios if desired.
