2 cups of Carrots, grated
3 Tbsps Sugar
1/3 cup of Water
2 cups of Tea Biscuits, ground
1Velor Canned Cream Plain
1 cup of Coconut for covering the balls


  1. Place the carrots . sugar and water in a pot over low heat, stir well and leave them for 10 – 15 minutes; stirring every once in a while until their juice dries out and becomes thick. Take the pot off the heat, and leave it aside to cool.
  2. Add the ground biscuits and the Velor cream to the carrots; stir the mixture well until it forms a dough that can be easily shaped. Form medium-sized 2 cm diameter balls and cover them with the coconut, then place them on the serving dish and serve.


You can add a dash of cinnamon powder to the coconut.
