3 cups of Flour, sifted
1 tsp Salt
50g Butter, thawed
1 Tbsp Instant Yeast
1 Medium Spoon of Baking Powder
3 Tbsps Sugar
3 Tbsps Velor Powder Milk
2 Eggs, whisked
1 cup of Warm Water
1/3 cup of Goody Chocolate Spread
3 Tbsps Brown Sugar
3 Tbsps Cinnamon, Powder
½ can of Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
100g Creamy Cheese
1 Medium Spoon of Cofique Instant Coffee Classic
1Tbsp Warm Water
Coffee Beans

1.Heat the oven at 350oC.
2.Mix the flour, salt and butter with your hands, and then add the yeast, baking powder, sugar, powder milk, and eggs. Gradually add the warm water to obtain a smooth incorporated dough; cover the dough and keep it in a warm place for an hour and a half to ferment.
3.Sprinkle the flour on a flat surface, then roll out the dough to form a rectangle with ½ cm thickness. Grease the dough’s top with chocolate, then sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon using a sieve. Roll the dough in the form of a Swiss roll, and then roll the cylinder to form a large spiral.
4.Grease a medium-sized oven sheet with butter, then place the spiral form in it and place it in the oven for 35 minutes, or until it is cooked and its top is browned.
5.Using an electric mixer, mix the sauce ingredients, and then pour the mixture over the pie.
6.Let the dough rest a little before serving it and garnish with coffee beans.
