1 can of Velor Sweet Condensed Milk
3 Tbsps Velor Powder Milk
6 Tbsps Starch
4 Tbsps Powdered Sugar
2 ½ cup of Water
2 Tbsps Cofique Instant Coffee Classic
Coffee or Chocolate Granules for Garnish
1.Wrap a small can of yogurt with adhesive nylon sheet used in the kitchen for wrapping, and set it aside.
2.In a deep bowl, place all the ingredients, except for the coffee; then stir well and drain until you have 4 cups of the mixture. Divide the mixture into two even sections, then add the coffee to one of the sections and stir well.
3.In a pot over medium heat, pour the first section, and continue to stir using a wooden spoon for 12 minutes or until the mixture thickens. Place it in the yogurt covered in nylon sheet for 20 minutes until it freezes.
4.Pour the second section, which was mixed with coffee, in another pot over medium heat, and repeat the previous step. Spread the second mixture evenly over the first mixture, and place it in the freezer again for 20 minutes.
5.Flip the pudding in the serving dishes; garnish with coffee or chocolate granules and serve cold.
