1 ½ cup of Sugar

2 Tbsps Goody Vegetable Shortening

1 Tbsp Velor Powder Milk dissolved in ½ cup of Water

1 ½ cup of Flour

2 tsps Baking Powder

2 tsps Vanilla

4 whole Eggs

For the Coffee Syrup:

½ cup of Sugar

1 ½ cup of Water

5 Tbsps Cofique

For the Chocolate Cream:

1 Tbsp Caramel Chocolate

¾ cup of Butter

1 Tbsp Velor Powder Milk dissolved in ½ cup of Water

½ cup of Powdered Sugar

For the Peanut Butter Cream:

1 cup of Goody Peanut Butter

2 Tbsp Butter

½ cup of Powdered Sugar

½ cup of Velor Canned Cream Plain


  1. Heat the oven at a medium temperature, then grease the oven baking sheet with butter. Blend the cake ingredients in an electric mixer at a medium speed. Pour the cake mixture in the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes; take it out of the oven and leave it aside to cool.
  2. To prepare the coffee syrup, place its ingredients in a pot over the heat; stirring constantly. Leave it to boil, then take it off the heat and let it cool.
  3. To prepare the chocolate cream, thaw the chocolate and butter in a hot water bath, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Mix the milk and sugar and add them to the chocolate; leave it aside.
  4. To prepare the peanut butter cream, blend all the ingredients in an electric mixer until the mixture is incorporated.
  5. Divide the cake mold diagonally into two sections. Grease the first section with the chocolate cream, and then add the second section. Add the coffee syrup; afterwards, grease the top with the peanut butter cream and then the chocolate cream. Cut the dessert into small cubes and serve.
