8 pieces of Creamy Cheese
1 Egg
1 Medium spoon of Baking Powder
1 cup of Coffee, Sugar
1 cup of Tea, Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Velor Powder Milk
¾ cup of Water
Dash of Salt
3 cups of Flour, sifted
2 Tbsps Sesame
1 Tbsp Black Cumin
1.In an electric mixer, mix all the ingredients, except the flour, sesame, and black cumin.
2.Mix the flour, sesame, and black cumin; then add the liquid mixture and knead until you have an incorporated dough. Start shaping the dough into small balls, then let it rest for 30 minutes; then roll out the dough using a rolling pin into thin circles.
3.Start kneading the dough using the tortilla maker and flip it on the two sides until it turns golden.
Note:
If you do not have a tortilla maker, you can bake the dough in the oven at 400oF for 30 minutes, and you can replace the black cumin with thyme or sumac.
Idea:
You can add thyme to the discs to form crispy manakish.
