For base: 
200 gm plain tea biscuits
100 gm butter
For cream layer: 
240 gm cream cheese (12 cubes) at room temperature
1 can Velor condensed milk
12 cup of whipped cream
1 tbsp lemon
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp gelatine powder
2 tbsp raw water
1 tbsp hot water
For topping:
1 pack Goody strawberry jelly
2 tsp gelatine
12 cup of (hot-cold water)
Sliced strawberries, Goody canned fruits or canned Goody pineapple


1. Crumble biscuits with butter in blender then press into bottom of a Pyrex 20*30 and refrigerate.
2.In a cake mixer, put the cheese and gradually pour condensed milk to avoid cheese lumps then add cream and mix for 3 min, add lemon and vanilla then beat.
3.In a bowl, melt gelatine in water, stir, add hot water and stir well till it melts then gradually pour over cheese mixture and mix until it is well-combined. Pour the mixture over biscuits and refrigerate it again.
4.Combine jelly with gelatine, stir, add hot water and stir until it melts, then add cold water, stir and let at room temperature to slightly cool.
5.Sprinkle fruits over the surface of cheese mixture in the sheet, then carefully pour jelly over them, refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until it is completely cooled. Serve cool and Bon Appetite!
