Ingredients

500g Goody Macaroni Cannelloni, boiled according to instructions on the package
Meat Filling:
500g Beef, minced
2 Tbsps Olive Oil
1 Onion, minced
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
2 cans of Goody Chopped Tomatoes
¼ cup of Tomato Paste
2 Bay Leaves
2 Goody Chicken Stock Cubes, dissolved in ½ cup of Water
Salt and Black Pepper, ground
Béchamel Filling:
40g Butter, unsalted
¼ cup White Flour
6 spoons of Velor Powder Milk, dissolved in 2 cups of Water
1 ½ Mozzarella Cheese, grated
1 ¼ Parmesan Cheese, grated
Salt and Black Pepper, ground

Method

To Prepare the Meat Filling:
1.In a large pot over medium heat, heat the oil, then add the onions and garlic; stir for 3-4 minutes or until it wilts. Raise the temperature to high heat, then add the minced meat and leave it for 10 minutes or until it browns.
2.Add the chopped tomatoes and cook them for a minute, and then add the tomato paste, bay leaves, chicken stock cubes, salt and black pepper and stir well. Cover the pot with an airtight cover and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
To Prepare the Béchamel Sauce:
3.Heat the oven at 200oC.
4.In a large pot over medium heat, thaw the butter and then add the flour; stir for 1-2 minutes until it becomes smooth. Afterwards, add the liquid milk gradually; stirring constantly for 3-4 minutes or until the mixture becomes incorporated.
5.Take the pot off the heat, and add 1 ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper; stir together and then set it aside.
6.Pour the tomato and meat mixture in the oven shet, then place the pasta lengthwise. Cover with béchamel, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Place it in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until it turns golden.
