Curry elevates prawns to a higher extent. Everyone will love it.
½ cup onion, finally chopped
2 tsp butter
¼ tsp curry powder
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp tomato paste
¼ cup water
½ cup whipping cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp Goody hot sauce
300g medium prawns, peeled and cleaned
¾ pack Goody ditalini 10#
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1.In a medium sauce pan, melt butter. Sauté onion till soften. Add curry powder and flour, stir. Add tomato paste, stir. Gradually add water then cream, whisking constantly. Boil for 2 minutes or till thickened. Add hot sauce and seasoning. Add prawns. Cook for 3 minutes or till pink.
2.Cook pasta according to pack instructions.
3.In serving plate, place cooked pasta. Pour prawn sauce on top. Garnish with coriander. Serve immediately.
