Creamy marination:
½  cup Goody Mayo black truffle 
¼ hot sauce 
4 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 tbsp finely chopped fresh oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper and salt

Italian marination:
1 tbsp lemon juice 
¼ of Goody Italian sauce condiment 
2 to 3 cloves minced Garlic 
2 tbsp fresh oregano leaves 
1 tsp fresh thyme (roughly chopped)
1 tsp salt 
¼  tsp coarse ground black pepper

Home made burger:
½ tbsp olive oil
1 onion, peeled and cut into rings 
500g Beef Minced 
3 tbsp bread crumps
1 tsp salt and pepper 
1 egg, beaten
4 slices mature Cheddar 
4 white bread rolls
few round lettuce leaves, torn
1 tomato, sliced
Goody spicy chipotle sauce, to serve 


Creamy marination:
1.    Mix marination ingredients together 
2.    Create cuts in chicken thighs and add marination to it
3.    Let marinate for a whole night for the best flavor 
4.    Grill or back chicken thighs after brushing the pan with some vegetable oil.

Italian marination:
1.    Mix all marination ingredients together, then mix it with the rips for at least 3 hours
2.    Using vegetable oil grill ribs.

Home made burger:
1.    In a bowl, combine the beef mince with the herbs and the egg. Season, and mix well. Using your hands, shape into 4 patties.
2.    Cook the burgers on a preheated barbecue or griddle for 5-6 minutes on each side. While the second side is cooking, lay a slice of cheese on top to melt slightly.
3.    Meanwhile, lightly toast the cut-sides of the buns on the barbecue. Fill with the lettuce, burgers and tomato and onion slices. Serve with Goody spicy chipotle sauce.
