Creamy Mushroom Soup
Share with your family the creamy mushroom soup. Serve as a side dish at lunch.
3 tbps of Olive Oil
3 cups of Onions, minced
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
6 Thyme Sticks
2 Velor Canned Cream Plain
3 cans of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
2 Goody Chicken Stock Cubes dissolved in 2 cups of water
- In a pot over medium heat, heat the oil and stir in the onions; afterwards, add the salt, black pepper and thyme and then add the mushrooms; leave the mixture until it is cooked. Afterwards, take out the thyme sticks from the mix and take out half the amount of the mushroom mix; grind them in the blender with a little chicken stock. Return the ground mushroom mix to the pot, and then add the remaining amount of stock and cream. Leave the mixture over the heat until it incorporates, then serve.
