Creamy Seafood Soup
One of the varieties of rich soups containing various types of seafood and mushrooms
1 cup of Green Onion, mashed
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
250g of Frozen Seafood (Shrimps – Mussels – Octopus)
¼ cup of Butter
1 ½ cup of Potatoes, chopped
1 ½ cup of Velor Powder Milk (liquid)
1 can of Velor Canned Cream Plain
1 can of Goody Mushrooms Pieces and Stems
1 can of Goody Whole Kernel Golden Corn
1 tsp Parsley
Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- In a pot over medium heat, stir in the onion and garlic, and then add the seafood. Stir for 3 minutes.
- In another pot, melt the butter and add the potato pieces; stir for 3 minutes, then gradually add the milk and the cream. Add the mushrooms, corn and parsley, then stir the mixture well. Afterwards, add the salt and pepper; then leave the mixture over the heat for 10 minutes and don’t let it boil. Add the mixture to the seafood; and then leave the mixture over the heat for 5 minutes or until all the ingredients are cooked. Garnish with the green onion and serve immediately.
