2 eggs
4 tbsp Goody Velor Milk Powder, dissolved in 1 ½ cup of water
¾ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
¼ cup melted butter
200 grams turkey mortadella
200 grams cheddar cheese, grated
¼ cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
¼ cup Goody Mayonnaise
¼ cup Goody Mustard


1.Combine crepe ingredients and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2.Using a piece of cotton wool, grease a non-stick pan with oil, then pour some of the batter and swirl around the base of the pan. When crepe turns golden, flip to the other side until golden as well. Repeat with the rest of the batter, then cover the ready crepes with aluminum foil.
3.Place a crepe on baking tray then spread mustard and mayonnaise on it. Then place a slice of mortadella on top.Sprinkle with cheddar cheese then cover with another crepe. Repeat layering the crepes, mustard, mayonnaise, mortadella and cheddar until all crepes are used.
4.Sprinkle the top crepe with mozzarella cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and golden and serve.
