1 kg Chicken Breasts, cut into longitudinal slices
1 cup of Buttermilk
1 Tbsp Goody Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar
1 Garlic Clove, mashed
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Ground Breadcrumbs to taste
½ cup of Goody Mayonnaise
¼ cup of Goody Mustard
2 Tbsps Goody Natural Honey
2 Tbsps Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Goody Natural Sugar Cane Vinegar


1.In a deep bowl, put the chicken strips, and add the milk, vinegar, garlic, and spices. Refrigerate for an hour or overnight.
2.Heat the oven at medium temperature.
3.Take the chicken strips out of the refrigerator, and cover them in breadcrumbs; afterwards, put them in the oven and leave them for half an hour or until they are cooked.
4.Mix the sauce ingredients well until they are incorporated and serve it beside the chicken.


You can replace the breadcrumbs with ground toast, and you can add various herbs to the chicken seasoning.
