1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
2. Use a tablespoon to scoop the dough and roll it between your hands to create 20 balls. Coat each one with the coconut.
3. Arrange them in a single layer on a plate or baking sheet and place them in the freezer to firm up.
4. Remove the peanut butter balls from the freezer and place the cake pop straw in each cake pop
5. Store in the fridge until 30 minutes before you plan on serving them.
