1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 spoon of Vegetable Oil
3 spoons of Milk
1 cup of White Flour

6 tsps Goody Date Spread


1.Whisk the egg with vanilla, sugar and oil.
2.Add the milk and flour gradually while whisking until they are incorporated.
3.Over medium heat; grease the pan with a little butter or oil, then pour a tablespoon of the mixture and spread it in the form of a thin circle, and then leave it for a couple of minutes until it browns slightly from the bottom. Flip it on the other side until it darkens, and remove.
4.Recook the crepe batter in the same manner until the you finish the amount
5.Place one crepe slice on the serving dish, and top it with a layer of Date Spread.
6.Repeat the last step by layering the entire amount on top of each other. Garnish with toasted almonds.

Note: You can serve them as rolls or folded with Date Spread filling
