2 Sheets of puff pastry
1 cup Goody Date spread
1 Velor canned cream
1.Shape the puff pastry into 2 circles.
2.In a bowl add the date spread and cream and mix well. Spread the first puff pastry with the date spread mix, and then place the second puff pastry circle on top. Place a small glass cup in the center as a guide. Cut many slices from around the cup to the end of the pastry. Then overlap the slices to create a twist effect.
3.Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes on 180 degrees C until golden and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
